This weekend retreat offers women a chance to step away from their busy lives and emerse themselves in the outdoors to find healing and personal growth while collaborating with nature. Come enjoy a distraction free therapeutic campout while building community with other women. This getaway offers the simplicity of camp life blended with therapeutic, somatic and mindfulness practices. Retreat attendees can expect to let go of their daily concerns to focus on themselves while we provide your camp essentials, healthy seasonal faire, 24hr snacks and refreshments and some little comforts and pretty surprises sprinkled throughout the experience to create a true arcady for you. Chumki Chakraborty
Chumki Chakraborty is an ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide, Somatic Coach, Sound Healing and Reiki Practitioner. She is the founder of Moss and Moksha and is based in Hillsboro, Oregon and serves Hillsboro, Beaverton and Portland.
Chumki is dedicated to facilitating nervous system regulation and holistic well-being through her unique blend of modalities.
She is deeply committed to creating a supportive space for stress and burn out recovery, encouraging individuals to slow down and attain a deeper state of rest.
With a trauma-informed approach, Chumki works with individuals to release limiting beliefs, familial wounds to help connect them to their free-spirited and authentic self.
Born in India, she is trained in Indian Classical music, loves playing various drums, sound healing instruments and integrates traditional Sanskrit mantras to cultivate a high-vibrational atmosphere during her sound baths. She shares a profound love for nature and drawing from her own personal experiences and training, incorporates nature's healing power in her forest therapy walks.

Jennifer Rayhorn
Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Oregon. She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis on marriage and families. Her training includes trauma recovery using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) and Nature Based Therapy (NBT). She provides telehealth services and outdoor therapy in the Hillsboro and Portland area. Jennifer is also the co-founder of PNW Therapy Adventures and will start offering guided hikes and kayak trips for individuals and couples.
Jennifer combines her passion for helping others with her love of the outdoors to provide clients with a unique healing experience. She works with individuals to co-regulate with nature, increase self-awareness, gain new perspective, and learn tools for coping and processing trauma. Her goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to get back to their roots. She will help you find your inner strength and gain clarity so that you can grow into your full potential.
